What you need to know:

Welcome to Running101! I’m Matthew, the man behind the show here.Picture of the Running101 founder, Matthew.

I originally started the blog to stay connected to the sport once injured from running. However, since then, Running101 has become so much more.

Almost two years ago, I graduated with a degree in sport from the University of Durham. Also, having competed at a respectable level myself and been involved in the freelance writing space for a while, I knew I could do great things here.

Fast forward until the current day, and Running101 has become a community for runners of all abilities – helping you achieve that personal best, avoid injury, provide you with the very best gear, and take your running to the next level!

If you’d like to find out more about Running101 you can visit the about page or alternatively can drop me an email.
