I originally started the blog as a means to stay connected to the sport once injured from running. However, since then Running101 has become so much more.
Working towards a degree in sport from the University of Durham, having competed at a respectable level myself, and being involved in the freelance space for a while I knew I could do great things here.
Fast forward until current day and Running101 has become a space for runners of all abilities – helping you achieve that personal best, avoid injury, provide you with the best gear, and take your running to the next level!
